COVID-19 Vaccine Update- 1/20/2021

Our offices are anticipating delivery of the Covid-19 vaccine. At this time, we do not know the date that we will be receiving the vaccine. Once we begin to receive doses, we will notify patients and schedule vaccination appointments according to local health department and CDC guidelines.

A Letter from our CEO
